Another one of the questions we commonly get asked is “How do I delete a job ad on Craigslist?” Well, the answer is the same way you would delete any other listing on Craigslist. Craigslist receives a massive amount of traffic daily and is therefore a great way to reach a number of people with a classified ad. However, this also means that you may continue receiving responses to your post even after the post becomes outdated. To avoid this, you can remove a posting from Craigslist before it naturally expires.
Here are the directions below:
- Figure out where you can access your original Craigslist post. This may be through an email you received when you first created the post. If that email has been deleted, start on the Craigslist homepage
- Click on ‘My Account’ on the Craigslist homepage to access your Craigslist account. Sign in to your account using the email address and password you created. (more…)
